We want you to love your Ode to the Wild  handcrafted products but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us within 14 days of the shipping date along with your original delivery note.

Returns in the UK are free and we will refund 2nd class postage costs upon receipt of items in their original condition.

All we ask is that the items you send back are:

• Unused
• In the same condition we sent them out to you
• In their original packaging

To arrange a return, fill out the returns form that comes with your order and send it back to us in your package. Returns sent to us without a note cannot be processed. 

Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase. We regret that we are unable to refund the initial postage costs for returns.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us so please be sure be get a proof of posting.

Soy wax is not only much better for you to inhale than paraffin derived wax but burns longer too. When burning your Ode to the Wild natural scented candle for the first time please keep it lit for a minimum of 3 hours and allow the wax to melt evenly to the edge of the jar. This will ensure a clean, even burn throughout the candle and will avoid what is commonly known as tunnelling, where only certain parts of the wax melt. Soy wax has a lower melting point than other candle waxes, which is why it lasts longer than other paraffin based candles.  It's not unusual for the  candle to melt during one 'lighting' so bear this in mind when moving it or blowing out the flame. Ensure the wick remains upright &  keep it trimmed  to 5mm each time you light it to ensure a good burn. Always burn your candle on a heat resistant surface away from children, pets and any item that can catch alight.Never leave a lit candle unattended and please do not burn your candle for longer than 4 hours at a time as this can cause overheating of the glass. Do not light your candle when your wax is down to 7mm .Feel free to  reuse and recycle your glass. Simply wash with hot water.
